It is most likely too late for me because for the last week Capitol Transport will no longer even take my phone calls. You can expect that if you do business with this company. At first, they will answer and pretend to help you but then as time goes on and after they have talked you out of your money by promising delivery time and time again, they will leave you on hold longer and longer (they have caller id, you know) and then will cease to even pick up the phone when they see your number come up.
Their latest trick is that they have contacted the administrator of this website and claimed that I was not their customer. I have FAXed all documentation, including where they dipped into my charge accounts and am sure it will be returned very soon.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Run from these people!!
