Andy at Capitol was my contact from start to finish and came through with a carrier able to handle our exact date requirements. The carrier was Sergey at Intradv who was prompt (gave me a delivery window of 10AM-12 noon and arrived at 9:45AM!) and allowed me to pay by credit card which was a great help!
