Everything occurred as expected. The delivery estimate was 7-10 days and ended up being 10 days. This was likely due to a snowstorm in the midwest. The car was covered in a dirty gray film and again this was due to the snowstorm and dirty roadways. Put the car through a carwash and all is well. The truck drivers were very courteous. One guy was from Russia and the other Moldova.

Agent Mike Dakota was most helpful and seemed sincere in making sure I purchased a good service in transporting my car.

This might be helpful: My father-in-law received the car in NJ. I sent him a cashier's check to give to the driver and the check almost did not make it in time. The check was sent by USPS Priority Mail and took 9 days. The postal clerk said it would take 3-4 days. So beware of the Postal Service and their promises. It would have been better to use UPS or FedEx.
