I had never shipped a car before and looked online and then was deluged with many offers. Capitol Auto Transport caught my attention as the web site appeared very detailed and had the link to the Better Business Bureau! They also warned me that I would be receiving tons of calls, which occurred daily for about two weeks!! They did not hassle me with phone calls, and allowed me to contact them. I did so and told them when i got the car ready for shipping etc, I would contact them. And sure enough, I did. Granted, South Carolina was not the busiest origination area, so it took a bit of time to get my car but that was not Capitol's fault, I just wasn't in Miami! They were honest, reliable and my husband and i had alll our questions answered.
The person they contracted with was a very nice hard working young man who assured us the car would be delivered door to door if possible! And he did a great job! I would recommend this company to anyone who has to move a car/truck etc.
I appreciate most the fact they didn't "hound us" with annoying sales calls!! Use this company!
ps. The reason I took the time to write this is that we live in an age of pretty poor customer service so I'm very happy to put the word out on any product/ company that actually does what it sets out to do!
