I originally accepted a qoute by Global Logistics prior to the "snow bird" rush. The qoute was reasonable... A few days passed and I did not hear from them. I tried to reach the representave and check the status, nobody answered my calls after they gained my business. I sent an email at the 6th day since they did not return my call either. Finally I see an email saying they will check the status and email me shortly. Another 2 days passed... I waited over a week! By then the busiest time of the year hit and prices had sky rocketed by $200. I contacted Andy here who completely understood my urgency. I called him on Thursday and my car was being picked up Friday! This company is above and beyond my expectations! When no company could gaurantee me a close pick up date at the very same rate I was sold immediately needless to say. The customer service was kind and informative and extremely hard working. I must of called him at 5:00pm on a Thursday, he worked til 9:00pm that night! I remember because he called me stating he found someone to pick up my car pronto. Use this company and do not sacrifice quality or customer service. At all times I was able to reach a human being here. Thankful for Capitol Auto Transport!!
Continue doing a great job, if ever I need these services again I will call this company...
