Overall outstanding service. Price as quoted was accurate. Delivery as promised was completed. Condition of vehicle at delivery was excellent.

I Highly recommend completing the pre-load inspection with Truck Driver. My wife thought she saw damage that she did not remember when the truck was delivered. But, because I performed the walk-thru with the driver, I was able to inform her that the minor scratches she noticed were there before the loading.

I really appreciated the help through the proces provided by Sarah Gomez. I was under a tight schedule with little room for error and Sarah was able to walk me through what to expect. She was also instrumental in being the mediator between me and the trucking company. My overall satisfaction with CAT was EXCELLENT.
