I looked at 2 factors when selecting a carrier. I chose Capitol because they had a 5 star rating in these reviews AND an A rating with the BBB. Sarah was great to work with. She communicated in a timely and approriate manner. The carrier was on time (exactly) on both the pick up and drop off. Good job to this team.
