CSR Dakota was very helpful and totally honest and reassurinng, providing a wealth of information, even encouraging me to check other companies and performng research. He was also very communicative. Driver Victor remained in contact at all times. Car was picked up as indicated, and delivered on the arranged day, and even was delivered several hours earlier than anticipated. Victor was sure to continue advising me of timing and was very accommodating in choosing locations and times. Car had no damage or theft issues whatsoever. Price was very competative, maybe even cheaper than others. This is a top notch company with great staff. Highly recommended-5 stars *****. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
