From my first call that I received from Mike Dakota, he was very willing to take the time to walk me through the logistics of transporting my Mercedes from Michigan to Florida. He was not high pressure and patiently explained what I should be looking for in order to have a good experience.
He went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable before we made ourfinal decision.

After we agreed to move forward, Mike did an awesome job communicating with me every step of the way and even offered his cell number so I could reach him at any time. I called him on several occations throughout the process and he returned all of my call in less than (1) one hour. His attention to the details was impressive. If you are looking for someone that does what he says he is going to do.... Mike is the man! I would recommend him to my friends and family any time.

Also, our driver Peter was also helpful and communicated with me often. He called me and kept me posted on his progress and final ETA. The car was delivered in perfect condition.
