I must thank Capital Auto Transport for their wonderful service for helping me ship our 2004 Grand Am from TX to DM.
From the beginning I felt that they were open and honest about their industry and their place in it and this held true throughout the shipping process.
I must commend Mike Dakota for his outstanding customer service and willing ness to answer all my questions in a timely fashion. Mike was the ONLY one during my search for a shipping quote that gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to call him at any time to ask any questions that I had.
Mike made me feel assured that my vehicle would arrive and arrive without incident, and it did! Not only was the process easy but Mike found a driver that delivered my car in a matter of 3 days far less than the industry standard of 5-7 days.
I would recommend Capital Auto Transport to anyone that is looking for fair and reasonable auto shipping service provided for a fair price. Thanks again Mike!
