My experience was fantastic. Dakota was honest, knowledgeable, easy going, attentive/responsive and did exactly what he said he would. From initial phone call contacting me after a web inquiry to the follow up after delivery the process was excellent, trouble free and pain free. The driver, PG Daniels was excellent at communicating and following up throughout. For various reasons - ie, location of the car being picked up in a crowded NYC suburb and me out of state during this transaction, this could have been a complex situation. The driver from PG Daniels was great - communicating by phone and email as needed.
I definitely would recommend Capital Auto Transport and Dakota as well as PG Daniels.
