After a disastrous 3 week experience with Continental Auto Movers listening to them make false commitments we placed the order with Capital Auto Transport. The entire group at Capital are very professional and honest, something that is lacking in the auto transport brokers. Sara was very knowledgeable of not only the broker side but coming from the actual hauling industry she was a great help! Along the way I talked with both Kat and Andy and found them to be an absolute delight to work with. Professionalism, Customer Service, Integrity and Honesty seem to be their core competencies. Capital utilized Shelhorn Trucking to move these 4 classic Mercedes and we found him to mirror Capital’s performance. Bob Shelhorn, the driver was great about making contact to coordinate the pick-up and during the trip stayed in contact with me to let me know his progress. The pick-up and delivery went without an issue! Bob was on time, had great equipment and was very professional. We have 3 other classic cars in Oregon that if they move to NC Capital is absolutely the only group we would trust!
