I recently had a 1974 GTV transported from Washington state to Florida. Andy (Capitol Auto Transport) was extremely helpful, courteous and certainly knows the business inside out.
Looking back on it, I was probably a bit of a pain; calling often, I had heaps of questions (as I don't do this very often), constantly checking on progress and when the car might arrive.
Andy always had time for me and, one Saturday evening when I called to leave a message, both he and Kat were at the office, tending the phones and clients. I was truly impressed and will definitely use him/them again when I next transport a car or motorbike.
Honestly and sincerely, his knowledge of the business, his commitment to staying in contact and the level of service I received was refreshing and, honestly, a breath of fresh air.
If I can be of help to any and all who are weighing options on Transport Brokers, please do not hesitate to write. I will help and give feedback on Capitol in any and all ways that I am able.
