We can not say enough about the level of professionalism and integrity of the employees of Capital Auto Transport. Previously we had our car listed with two different national auto carriers both promising us quick and efficient service at a reasonable price only to find ourselves stranded. After losing precious time and getting completely frustrated with these carriers, we received a telephone call from a gentleman at Capital Auto Transport.

Cynically, we said to him “Why should we believe you will get our car picked up when you say you will when two other companies gave us the runaround?” The man calmly said that he would have the owner of the company call us and he did! He introduced himself as Andy Kraus and promised that he would resolve our problem. Within an hour he called back giving us the name of the carrier, time of pickup along with other important information such as insurance certificates. Our car was delivered as promised, the driver was polite and friendly and we were very thankful for a happy ending. It’s was a pleasure dealing with professionals with a true sense of integrity.
