Capitol was referred to me by a friend, and I'm so happy they were. Not only were they helpful and courteous, but our car was delivered a night before promised. I searched high and low for a company that made me feel comfortable, and I finally found that in Capitol. While I was getting lower quotes from competitors, I not felt confident that our car would get there in our requested time frame if we used Capitol, but also that we were getting a 90% + rated driver with valid insurance (which we received verification of prior to shipping). I would definitely use Capitol again!
