Cat was very helpful and knowledgeable. My car was picked up the same day that I called for a quote (there happened to be a transporter in my vicinity). I liked the quote (after getting many others and felt that Capitol had their act together after speaking with Cat on the phone. The people who loaded my car knew what they were doing and were all business. The car was quoted as being delivered on Sat, Sun or Monday of the next week and was actually delivered very early on Wed. morning. The mover contacted us on Tuesday evening to let us know he would not make it that night and would be there the next morning. Since we were not in a rush to have the car on a certain day, we were ok with it being a couple of days late. I was more concerned that it get there safely (it's a 1946 Ford that I restored). All in all, a very pleasant, professional experience. I would recommend this company and would use them again if I ever needed to transport a vehicle.
