Having never used a vehicle transport company before, we were naturally very apprehensive about what to do and which company to use. We put in for quotes on line and therefore received many responses. Unlike the others, when I spoke to Capitol Auto Transport, I received a whole different level of customer service. Never once did I feel like there were being pushy, but rather everything they did and said helped us with this experience. They were very informative and told us exactly what to expect. The entire experience with them was just as promised. We highly recommend them.
