Andy at Capitol handled the deal swiftly and adjusted in real-time when the original carrier had a problem. He went out and found a second carrier immediately - and insured the original price and pickup date was honored.
As a borker Andy did what we needed - he took control of the shipping and got help when we needed it. Well worth the reasonable fee he charged.
The scond carrier, DJ Wheeler Trucking, did extra work to communicate with us throughout the tranport process via phoone and email. Their driver worked hard to make the delivery happen when and where we needed it.
Car was delivered without any damage or problems. Two thumbs up.
