This was my first time using a vehicle transport to deliver a car purchased from a dealer in Colorado. The first scheduled pick-up went awry when the dealer did not have the car available when the transporter arrived. Capitol Transport was FANTASTIC when I communicated the problems (which were out of my control) and kept in contact with me while we resolved the problems.

When the car was ready several days later, I notified Capitol and they immediately went back to work finding another transport company for me. Within less than a day, they had another one lined up.

This transporter delivered my vehicle in less than 24 hours from pick up- a day earlier than scheduled. He was professional, clean, courteous and had a great sense of humor to boot.

This transaction has some issues out of my control and the transport broker and carrier's control, but everyone worked together to see it through. I was THRILLED with Capitol's attitude and service and would not hesitate to use them or recommend them again.
