It was a pleasure doing business with Capital Auto Transport. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the process and also very upfront about it. I called him to request information which he did very promptly, and when I asked for a pick-up he had a carrier lined up for me within the hour. He also sent me the rating of the carrier as well as the insurance details. Though the carrier was late for the pick-up due to trouble with his vehicle, he was always in contact to discuss the pick-up time. Amazingly he had the car transported from IA to CA in 3 days!! Andrew was also flexible when it came to payment options....I paid with a credit card. He was always around to answer calls and would get in touch promptly with the dispatcher or driver to get an update. I will definitely use Capital Auto Transport if there is a need to do so in the future.
