Shipment of my Chevy Tahoe

The agent (Andy) that my wife and I had was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. When my family and I reached Los Angeles California we had called Andy to see where our vehicle was and when we could pick it up. Andy said he would check on it and called us back within minutes with bad news that it would be another week or so. He sent an email with 2 options 1. The company would pay for a rent a car while we waited or 2. They would pay to ship it directly to our place of residency in Ft. Carson Colorado. Well seeing that we already had our other vehicle that was shipped by the military and that we could not afford to stay at the hotel for another week we chose option #2. The truck arrived at our location and all is well.

The believe that the company should have offered to pay for the hotel while we waited for the truck to get there from Hawaii because if we were not so fortunate to have two vehicles then we would have been stuck in LA for another week.

Great job to Andy and all at Capitol Auto!!!
