The overall experience was not that terrible. I do have some issues, though. One is that I had a quote, but was asked to pay 100.00 more because Andy said the driver couldn't do it for less. But, that was the first time he called for a pick-up. The time was not good and called a second time with a second carrier that also needed 100.00 more. That did not seem right, since I had a quote. The carrier, Precision, had to call me two times for directions, which was basically a right, left, right.
