I had my son's vehicle transported from Tennessee to Washington state. This was my first experience with transporting a vehicle at all, much less all the way across the country. To say that there weren't any gliches, wouldn't be totally accurate, but whatever problem came up, Andy went out of his way to insure that I was satisfied. Only one time that I called was I unable to talk to him and then he called back within just a few minutes and explained that he had been on the other line. Every other time he answered the phone and believe me I called a lot (one time at 1 AM and he answered even then). He was always very helpful and treated me me with the utmost respect. He is knowledge, and will work his rear end off for you (I know he did for me). The vehicle was picked up ultimately when Andy said it would with all necessary arrangements made prior to pick up and was delivered 4 days later (I was told 4-5 days). Great service!
Andy kept me informed about the progress while in transit. The car arrived with no damage and all items intact. I would recommend Capitol Auto Transport, and Andy specifically, to anyone looking to move a car.
