Regarding customer service at Capital Auto Transport; I wish every company was as easy to communicate with as you were. I reached a person every time I called, and you explained the transport process so well. I was completely reassured that my car would be taken care of and would be reunited with me as soon as possible. Thank you for the honesty and open communication. It was hugely appreciated, especially after a terrible communication experience with Carmoza regarding the same car.

Our driver, Dan, deserves a very high rating! Not only did he take the extra effort required to get to the car after Hurricane Irene closed so many of the roads, but he met us outside of Fort Collins so we didn't have to drive through the city. He knew the area well enough to anticipate our route and meet us closer than planned. Then he chatted with us and told us stories of the roads along the way that were out, crazy drivers, and old stories of Steamboat Springs (our new home). He was great.

I will (and already have) recommend your service to other people needing to have vehicles transported.

Thanks for the kind words Sara :) Dan, the driver is from TOWER TRANSPORT. I thought the carrier deserves a mention by name as they do the HARD work.... Cheers, Andy
