I will never use this company again. customer service sucks. they take a deposit from you without even having yo car picked up or even ready to be picked up. they kept giving me the run around about when my car was going to be shipped for almost 2 wks. then at the last min. they increased the amount i was suppose to pay by an extra $100. then when the truck they finally was pick up my car. they claimed they truck had broke down. so i had to wait a whole other day for my car. mind u i have already been waiting about 2wks from the day they said it would be here. Finally in the afternoon the next day after my car was picked up the driver finally makes it here, and i noticed i had a nice sized dent on the passenger side of my car, which was not there when i left from chicago. i was pissed and i still am. u couldnt pay me enough money to ever use this company again.
