This is one of the best companies I have ever used to transport my vehicle. I have used other companies before but I didn't get the best customer service experience that I got with CT Transporters. My primary contact was Richard. I was ALWAYS able to get in tough with him being that I had his direct phone number, not a recording. He was very quick responding to emails and answering the phone. I was so relieved that I didn't have to go through a recording to get in touch with him. He kept me updated on the status of my order. Richard was very honest and professional when giving me pricing, explaining payment, and explaining what is done before the vehicle is put on the transporter. Richard didn't try to low ball me when giving me a quote like the other companies are doing. He was very honest and upfront regarding credit card payments. Before speaking to Richard, I was very wary because of a previous bad experience I had with another company. Because of Richard's honesty and professionalism, I decided to use this company for the transport of my vehicle. I highly recommend this company for all your transport needs!
