At first I was wary about using a open carrier to transport my truck but I read some good reviews about this company (from this site) so I thought it was worth the risk. I told them on Wed that I wanted my car that Monday. To my surprise they had a carrier that could pick my truck up in TX. I approved the pickup. The waiting to be quite honest was nerve wrecking because I was never sure that the company was legit nor did I think they wouldnt mess my truck up. The dispatcher did a great job of keeping me in the loop about the location of the driver and calming my nerves. The driver also did a great job of informing me of his locations. It was a 3 day weekend so he ran a little late (I95 traffic) but he arrived (on my cul de sac!) and drove the truck up my driveway. Here is the greatest part; they didn't charge me until the driver arrived! I was VERY impressed. If anybody wants to contact me please do I am a REAL customer and I can send pics of the truck :-)
