Communication and follow thru was excellent with both the CF Transport as well as with dispatch and driver. I was a bit disappointed I couldn't ship 100 lbs of personal items with the car and I had to unload it.

I was happy though that I was able to avoid having to pay the driver cash upon delivery. For a small fee, it was handled up front. This car was beling delivered to a 17 year old who is away at college and I was not about to send him $750 cash to hold on to for a week until his car arrived. Thank you. This worked out just fine.

Our overall experience was good. We will use CF Transport again if the need arises.
