The service was excellent from my first inquiry about quotes, and subission of a timely response from CF Transport. The contact person, Rodger, was courteous, but consistant, in submitting a copetitive quote, and answering my specific concerns aout the process.
Other bidders were higher, and a few were lower in price, but none were more appropriate in tone, and delivery of information on the process of picking up the vehicle, and how, and when it may be deilvered at the chosen destiation.
The driver was courteous, and equally informative.
I would recommend this service provider. I must add that some service providers applied scar tactics, as a means of "frieghtening a customer ", into paying much higher fees.
CF Transport was confidence building, and came through at a reasonable price. What more can a customer require? For one thing, the driver coped with a pick-up spot that may have been a challange for some operators without good customer service skills. My vehicle was on a mechanics lot, that would not wait a few minutes for pick up. The driver stayed locally, overnight w/o extra cost to me.
That aditional quqlity is "Coping Skills", and a good problem solving attitude.
