Service prior to me paying my deposit was great!! I was promised a specific pickup date (Saturday but no later than Sunday, which allowed for the 5-7 delivery time) and was specifc that I needed the car NO LATER than the following Sunday. After I paid my deposit, times were very "iffy". My pickup date CONTINUED to get pushed back. My rep couldnt guarantee me anything (his words) and would "attempt" get my car there by Sunday but could make no promises becauase he was not the driver and could only go by what the driver said because I was going across country, however, this was not his position initially otherwise I would have gone with another company. I had to get a little snappy about the issue as I started my new job Monday and needed my car and trusted him. My car was picked up Tuesday afternoon. The company that picked up my car delivered it on Saturday. I was nervous but very satisfied at the end!! I think this is a good company because in the end they delivered I just wish that my rep would have been more diligent in the beginning.
