Pick-up was ontime, but the person who picked it up didn't really speak English so couldn't respond to my questions. He also was dishonest in marking where our car had scratches, he marked the whole bumper front and back when there were no scratches! Also they were 4 days late from delivery. We didn't receive any notification from anyone on the status of our delivery. I had to call them for any updates. On delivery our car's bumper was severly marked in front and back, looked like they were both rubbing against something the whole trip. Also the truck was already loaded with other cars for the trip back, so maybe they were late because instead of dropping my car off first, they were picking up everyone else's. For the price we paid I expected superior service but got late, damaging and inferior instead. We will never use them again.
