upset customer

i shipped my car from tx to ca through different company but they were using caa for carrier. i was told my car will be delivered from 3-5 days of pick up. driver informed me my car reached ca in 3rd day from pick up day. then after nobody called me to give exact details who and when it will be dropped off. i called couple of times and this person from caa shouted at me that i should not be calling multiple of times for one car. isnt company's responsibility to deliver the detail info so that they will not be called asking for the info... i waited for 5 days, no email, no call , no call answer...then have to wait for 4 more days... then finally driver called that he is coming to drop my car on 11th day.. BOTTOM LINE: very poor customer service.....
