Horrible company

I had just purchased my 2011 BMW 335i and needed to to be shipped from California to Georgia. The pick up went smoothly but it all went downhill after that. Cynthia kept making up excuses as to why the driver would be late. I was told my vehicle would be here in 7 days. 12 days later at 2 in the morning, my vehicle had finally arrived. This company is completely disorganized and will constantly tell you that the driver "broke down" to cover their assess as to why the vehicle is late. Customer service is horrible and everyone who works there are a bunch of liars. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. The had me so infuriated because for 8 days straight, I had no idea who my driver was or where my vehicle was. Please go out of business. Your shipping company absolutely sucks. The only positive is that my vehicle finally arrived with no damage.
