CAA Transport Driver drove vehicle off loading ramp at dealership damaging rear quarter panel, exhaust and undercarriage of new vehicle (approximately $5,000 in damage). Despite pictures of incident taken by dealership as well as certified repair estimates, CAA representative, Enoch, attempted to have repair work completed by non-authorized shop. This organization put over 400-miles on the new vehicle while it was completing it's so-called repairs. All attempts to mediate damages have been ignored by CAA and their clearing agent Able Auto Transport. Damages are not being sought through small claims efforts. Please avoid this business enterprise at all costs.
