My experience with CAA Transport was eerily similar to that reported by Marc Pollick on November 16, 2009. Vehicle delivered was a total loss and a legitimate claim for recovery of damages was subsquently denied by the driver's insurance carrier. CAA Transport has since been reported to the United States Department of Transportion Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (888-368-7238) and a formal civil lawsuit against CAA Transport is in progress since they have refused to participate in voluntary mediation regarding recovery of damages. CAA Transport has also been reported to both the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles' Department of Financial Responsiblity and the State of California Department of Insurance in an effort to protect other consumers from possible criminal negligence under similar circumstances.
