I actually used Joanne Transportation to transport my car, but she farmed me out to CAA Transport. I needed my car by a certain date in order to get it inspected so that I could park it in the city. CAA agreed to get it to me by that date, but were actually two days late. Jesse and Jin were nice and helpful, but their manager was nasty and even yelled at me on the phone. Even though they told me the driver would be in regular contact with me, I never heard from him once. In fact, I was the one who had to call CAA each time to get an update on where my car was. I will NEVER use this company again.
