I was hoping to get a pick up of my Mercedes as early as friday, but Byurside could not lock in a transporter until Monday. That was fine with me since I had not given the broker much advance time. The transporter was using a a single level open car carrier which was fine with me, and while he was a little late on the pick up, he was fast on the delivery time. Great care was taken with the car and not even a little scratch getting it on and off the truck. I thought the Broker did a good job on letting me know what the status was on finding a shipper, although I had to call a few times and talked to different people, they could easily access my contract and give me updates. Definitely a very good price for using Byurside and I would use them again. I especially liked NOT having to give them a credit card deposit until they got a firm commitment from a shipper. The shipper did a very good job on staying in contact via phone for both pick up and delivery.
