I dont think I have ever had such excellent customer service as I had with Bullseye. Carla was wonderful to work with. She took my order after another broker dropped me. My move from Dallas to Missoula is a difficult one (nothing seems to leave Missoula so no one wants to come here), and I talked to several brokers before setting on Bullseye. My experience was not painless, but my problems were with the trucking companies they used used not with them. The first company had mechanical problems and could not pick up my car in a reasonable time. The second (Autoloaders Transport Company, LLC.) had driver personality problems (see separate review). Bullseye apologized for the driver and sent me a $50 check to compensate for his rudeness and smoke smell in car. In short, things went wrong, as they are wont to, but Bullseye was reasonable, professional, communicative, even caring throughout the process. I would use them again, no question.
