Fantastic and Polite Service All Round!!

The pickup for my car was in Long Island, NY, destination San Francisco by covered carrier. I needed to get it picked up within a couple of days, called a number of brokers before Bullseye to try and get estimates; however no one was willing to do any initial investigation with carriers to see (a) when the car could be picked up and (b) cost. They all wanted to take the initial $250 deposit before they would move forward, plus they indicated that the pickup for covered carrier would take up to two weeks from Long Island. Not really an approach I wanted as I needed a definitive timeline.

So, finally called Carla @ Bullseye on a Thursday. She took my info and started doing some research for me, without the deposit. Called me back within a couple of hours and found a carrier that would pick-up by Wednesday the following week, guaranteed. Transit time would be approx. seven to ten days. So, signed the order form and sent the deposit through. The carrier, Playhard Transport actually picked the car up on the Monday, so two business days earlier than promised!

I had contact with the driver, Rick, as he crossed the country giving me updates for an ETA. By the way, he is one of the most polite people I have dealt with, absolute pleasure! Highly recommend them. The car turned up earlier than expected and I was up in Lake Tahoe at the time and Rick agreed to meet me half way in Sacramento (100 miles north of SF). He turned up bang on time and the car was in perfect condition.

So, I would definitely recommend using Bullseye, very honest and will do all the ground work for you to find a great carrier and transit time to meet your schedule. It can be daunting buying a car and having it shipped coast to coast, but this was a completely stress free transaction thanks to Carla and Rick. Would use them again without thinking twice.
