You can't go wrong with working with Carla. She will be responsive to your shipping needs and you can count on pickup and delivery will be what she says. Only 2 minor items would have made it a perfect experience: first - it would have been nice to have on line internet tracking(function of carrier doing shipment) and having to take delivery at 10:30pm at a 5 mile distant freeway offramp was a bit uncomfortable(againg not Carla's fault).
