i had to schedule transport of a vehcile my boss purchased out of an internet auction. the vehcile was located in El Paso, TX. Needless to say, I had no knowledge of any reliable transporters to call on. I went online and searched for someone to transport this vehcile and had no luck. Either the price was way too high, the scheduling was off, or they didn't move inoperable vehciles. I called Carla at Bullseye and she took care of everything!! I explained my situation and told her how quickly I needed the vehicle. She told me to give her a little time to make some calls. I was so relieved when she called me back with a confirmed transporter and a price within the budget!!! It was very refreshing to talk with her. She was very pleasant, efficient, and most of all she "listened". Carla provided me with all the contact names and numbers I would need to stay posted on the vehicle. My boss had a special request in that the driver picking up the vehcile call him directly in order to tell him any damages he saw. The driver actually called!!! I was very surprised because the other companies said that their drivers couldn't do that because they have time tables to meet.
The whole experience was great. I paid a competitive price; well worth the service. Carla provided excellent customer service. She even made a follow up call. I will call her back for all my transport needs.
