Bernie was contacted about my purchased bike that another transport co was dragging their feet with. Bike was stuck in first companies terminal for over 10 days after taking them 2 weeks to even pick up (26 days total in limbo land!!!). Bernie had my bike picked up the same day of our first contact and bike was on the way across country that same day!!! Bike made it here in 4 days total in perfect condition.THANKS BERNIE!!!!
