Dan had been great from the start. He was honest and gave me realistic prices and expectations. He was referred by another friend who had also had a positive experience with Bulldog.
My car was picked up within a few days and was on it's way to me. The only breakdown I experienced was with the driver who mistakenly called me and told me that he was on his way to my location when he wasn't. The driver kept delaying from a noon time delivery, to a 6 pm delivery, to a 9 pm delivery and finally delivered at 11:30 that night. He had experienced some delays with other customers and had to continuously push my delivery time back. Once I received my car though I was happy. I guess some delays come with the nature of the business.
