My experience with this company was pleasant and professional. The rep. i dealt with was Alix and he guided me through the process, which was anew experience for me. The only difficulty I had was with my finance company, which was slow in sending the authorization letter. Alix even helped me with the company by contacting thier customer service people with expediting the release letter. I would recommend Budget Auto Shipping to other wholeheartedly.
