After 2 months of lies and outright deception by 3 other companies, I finally found Budget. Eric and his crew Al and Veronica were outstanding from the first contact. E-mail and phone communication was incredible XXXother companies fail miserably at this simple and important issue. They arranged for a reliable driver that picked up both cars on the third day of the available pick-up window. The cars stayed on the same truck through multiple stops between Florida and Kansas XXXand arrived 4 days after pick-up. My best advice XXXUSE THIS WEBSITE BEFORE HIRING ANY COMPANY and BYPASS ALL LOW-BALL QUOTES XXXgo with middle-of-the-road pricing from Budget XXXthe honesty and dependability is WELL WORTH the few extra bucks you THINK you're saving with one of the shady companies that knowingly bid low and don't deliver, don't communicate, and take your deposit! Transporting personal cars is a "wild west" environment XXXdon't learn the painful lessons like I did XXXlearn from my mistake! Bottom line XXXBudget Auto Transport will say what they do, and do what they say! THANK YOU BUDGET!
