After many quotes and pondering, I handed the reigns to Alex Duran and he took them without hesitation. He was fast, efficient, and he gave me a rundown of how the process would go- and it went exactly as he said it would. I watched the progress online and in the end I did not receive a call, however I was watching it on my own, so there was no delay in picking the car up. Each member along the way was professional, competent, and great to work with. This was at first stressful, as it was unfamiliar, but ended in being a great experience!
