After I indicated I need help with unloading at the drop off location, they said I did not need indicate that. They are very unorganized and do not communicate well. Please use another company with better organizational skills because trying to figure out how to unload equipment at the last minute is a hassle and they didn't call me until 2 hours before arrival with my shipment.
