Hi Vanessa,
Thank you for your review. We do appreciate your opinions but I am alittle confused as to why you would say that you would not use Browns Auto Transport again when we were the ones to stay on top of everything. From start to finish Kyle and I were the ones to make sure we were the ones to hit your deadline and make sure to stay on top of the driver and Fito Truckings dispatch to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible since we knew you were flying out. The trucking company whom you are praising now is the one who called to request the extra $50.00. We explained this in the beginning. That money was not for us. They were the ones to continue to be delayed day after day and all we have to go off of is their word when we call you to give you updates on the pickup time. On the day the vehicle was actually loaded from you Kyle and I both stayed at the office almost 2 hours late to make sure that the vehicle was loaded and that there was not any problems because we were told by you that you would be on a plane that evening. We went above and beyond on your order. Also, I personally spoke with you yesterday as your vehicle was being delivered and not once did you express any concerns this entire process. I am very sorry that you feel this way and I wish that there was a way to go back and "redo" this but I feel like we did everything correct in this situation. Again, thank you for your review.
