Brown's Auto Transport (Jam'e) worked diligently to meet our very small shipping window (2 days) so we could get our vehicle back to NY. Jam'e was a wealth of information, honest, sincere and EXCELLENT service oriented person! The driver (Boris), was super friendly and accommodating. Through terrible weather, and a vehicle mishap we got our Jeep in the condition we shipped it in. As the vehicle got to NY, we have great communication of the arrival time and place. The whole process from start to finish was excellent and very professionally handled. When we PCS to our next duty station, we will be using Brown's auto transport again. The rate was the best we found, and the service far exceeded expectations. The service we received from Brown's Auto Transport was better than that of more expensive service's. Thank you so much for your support and service!
