Auto was never picked up. Contacting by phone or e-mail verey difficult. Kept getting voice mail saying they were busy but woud retrurn call but didn't. Finally got through day auto was to be picked up and they claimed transporter broke down but thry would get another and would call me back and keep me informed which they never did. They knew I was catcxhing a plane today and would not be available to giove them the auto. I am getting ready to leave and at this point don 't know what we will do about getting the car to Texas.
